My mom died 4 months ago
My mom had pulmonary fibrosis. She was sick for a few years. It was funny how when my grandmother smoked, my mom would always say-I’m gonna die from second hand smoke. My mom never smoked. Your loss resonates with me. I lost a great and beautiful love of my life, with whom I was deeply in love for the last 7 & 1/2 years. He had a sudden stroke five months ago, followed by several agonizing days on life support in the ICU.
I had found him unconscious at home and ten days later had to make the mind numbing decision to withdraw life support. The entire experience has been so profoundly surreal, traumatizing, devastating, and painful. There really are no words.
I do know and understand your loss, and my healing thoughts go out to you.

I am so sorry to have to welcome you to this site. I lost my son suddenly in a tragic car accident. He was 17. The sudden passing of our loved one is crushing and unbelievable.
