I have always had this trait but, I know you can mediate and it can make you more aware of spirits around you. DON'T USE QUEY BOARDS They CAN OPEN DOORS YOU DON'T WANT OPEN.  Just like the living there are good and bad  people same goes for spirit s too. To best describe the difference do you know the feeling when you walk into a room and the attention is really high. That's the feeling I get when someone is around me and they are good. The feeling you get when you are around friends and family. The warm good thing like getting a hug. That's a good spirit. Btw, Your brother does have a great smile, he's taller , slimmer body V shape, has the proud cowboy strut. He is by you more than you know. It's not that no one else took his death harder than you but, you and him were close. Has there been a song that has been playing on the radio or you listen to often that reminds you of him? He wants you to know he loves you and wants you know he's okay and at peace.

It's kind of hard to explain, but I will do my best. I have been able to do this ever since I could remember. The only problem I personally have is I can't always make out who is talking to me. And I can't talk to my boyfriend who passed but , I think that's bc the pain is to close . I do talk to my Aunt ,uncle , grandma, and grandfather. Keep in mind your brother can hear your thoughts you just can't hear him.most small children and animals are more aware of spirits then adults but, as they get older they out grown it and tend to pass massages as everyday life. Example: have you ever had a cold chill that only lasted a few moments and went away, but there wasn't' t a breeze or anything to give you the chill. That was most likely a love one s touch .

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More

Traumatic loss of an only child

I started this group so that people who have lost their only child or the only child that remained, as in my case, could come together because I believe people that did have a child or children who now have none have special issues.

Loss of a loved one to alcohol, substance abuse or suicide

If you have lost a loved one to alcohol, substance abuse or suicide please share your story or feelings here. Share the love and beauty of the one you lost. Losing someone any of these ways is not natural and can be hard to understand and ask why? I lost my Mother to an overdose 9 years ago. She also suffered from major depression. Her doctor got her hooked on pain medication and she was addicted most of my life. These doctors who were suppose to help her ended up killing her in the end. I also…See More
