My 31 year old daughter Emily passed away sudenly in July...I dont really know how to do this

Hello, I am so very sorry. We lost our 23 yr old daughter in June. I don't know how to do this either. Everything reminds me of her. No one who hasn't been through this can relate. I cry almost every day at some point. I have to go hide sometimes, but I manage. I have faith completely that she is o.k and I will see her when my time here is done. I have been reading on occasion books such as chicken soup...miracles.. Stuff like that. When I can handle it. It somehow keeps me going. I do feel your pain. I know its awful. I pray for comfort and strength for you.

Traumatic loss of an only child
I started this group so that people who have lost their only child or the only child that remained, as in my case, could come together because I believe people that did have a child or children who now have none have special issues.
