Lost,
You did what you could and made his days as comfortable as possible. There is always the "what if's" and " I should have..." but, nothing can change what is. You have a lot of strength in you if you've been dealing with all his health issues for over 10 years! Give yourself a little time to adjust...Concentrate on YOU for a bit.
