Only my faith in God’s word helped me in my grieving, I know I will go to Rebekah, but she will never come to me. It also helps known that many thousands are going through the same thing.  We tend to think we are the only ones.

  1 Corinthians 10:13

The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.

Hi Cindy.  Sorry for the loss of your son. I saw your discussion and wanted to stop by and leave a comment for you.

ANGER has been with me since my husband's passing in 4-28-11. I too feel anger towards the murderer who took away his life without no disregard for human life. I have never felt this way and are finding difficult to cope with this feeling. I also feel anger towards my husband for leaving us. But I also feel "guilty" for feeling anger towards him. Its an never ending story I feel.

Take care,

Amanda

i am so sorry about your loss. I lost my 15 yeare old daughter to a drowning in june of 09. It does not seem like you can survive. Ive have been dealing with this for a year and a half and i still cry and grieve everyday. being only 34 i dread the fact that i have a long way to go. The only thing that kept me going was support groups like this and the group compassionate friends wich has online and local support meeting. You can find out online were one is close to you. The only thing i can tell you is the pain becomes a farmiliar feeling that you learn to incorperate into your other daily emotions. it never leaves you just learn to live with it. I wish you the best and hope Jesus brings you strength.

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
