  I lost my sister on June 3rd unexpectedly. I had been caring for her for 2 yrs. She was fighting for her disability so therefore had no medical attention. I am feeling very insecure in my relationship. I am afraid that my partner will leave me. I have been told this is normal but am not sure how to deal with it from day to day.

Dear Tami,

I understand you feelings of insecurity. I lost my mother June 6th to cancer. She was my rock. My best friend. She fought a couragious battle. I was so proud of her. I feel so alone and insecure myself. I am so sad for your loss. A book I will suggest is "Walking Through the Garden of Souls". Reading keeps me from thinking to much. We are all on this site for the same reason LOSS of a loved one. If your partner leaves you...that is not your doing. You must do what makes you survive right now.
