About my Loss:
My husband Richard & I met on myspace in 2007.We were friends on there for 2 years when we finally met in person in MO on Jan.2009 & on Feb 9,2009 we were married. Then in March we moved to PA were I am from.We concieved a child 8 months after we got married. We had our 1 year wedding on Feb9,2010 & June 25,2010 we had our baby girl.I had a bad delivery & it scared me & my husband very much.On July 2,2010 my husband Richard had his 40th B-day & we just moved into a new apartment July 9,2010.My husband Richard & I were only apart when he was in hospital 5 times. Then when he went to visit his 2 older kids he had from previous relationship.2 days after we moved to new place, our baby & I woke up.I turned over to say good morning,I love you,to give my husband a hug & he was dead.He died in his sleep. We had no insurance, nothing to bury him with.I had to get $ from our family & friends to help me with it.I still owe funeral home.We cremated him.We are going to have his memorial service in Oct.2010.My mind can't ecepted that he is gone.It feels like he is on vaction to me & he will walk in door at any moment & say I missed you two so much.My husband was & is my best friend. If it wasn't for our baby girl I think I would lose my mind.It is hard & I keep wanting to say good morning, give him a kiss & a hug but he is not here. Then 13 days after he passed his father died of cancer. We had 2 deaths in less then a month. We are still waiting on Autopsy report. It has been pending since he died but I just found out it is pending results of Neuropath.I just want to know why he died & left me & all his children without him???

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward.Β https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More

Traumatic loss of an only child

I started this group so that people who have lost their only child or the only child that remained, as in my case, could come together because I believe people that did have a child or children who now have none have special issues.

Losing someone any of these ways is not natural and can be hard to understand and ask why? I lost my Mother to an overdose 9 years ago. She also suffered from major depression. Her doctor got her hooked on pain medication and she was addicted most of my life. These doctors who were suppose to help her ended up killing her in the end. I also…See More
