- I experienced a sudden loss early in 2015 and it has been an uphill battle to gain strength again. I still experience bad, lonely days where I feel anger, pain, isolation and guilt, blame, shame. My support system hasn't been strong so visiting this forum offers a bit of comfort. Thank you!

Thank you so much for kind words, they are very comforting. It is nice to know there are people out there who have also gone through this. Its really hard to find people my age who can relate, so i have been feeling really alone lately
