Profile Information

About Me:
My husband and I live in a small town in southern Minnesota. We are expecting our first baby in early November! I am a preschool teacher and going to school for my masters degree in school counseling.
About my Loss:
My dad was diagnosed with esophageal cancer in the fall of 2008, my senior year of high school. He was given 4 months to live but my dad was a fighter! He lived 6 years and passed away May 3rd 2015 after the cancer had spread everywhere.. He accomplished a lot in those 6 years and got to walk me down the aisle, hear about our news of expecting our baby, seeing my brother become a doctor, and so many more. I wish more than anything he could be here to hold my little boy in November.
