About Me:
My name is Olivia "Liv for short" I'm 29 years old and I'am happily married. I'm a stay at home house wife who is studying to get into the lpn program. I have no children and don't want any.. at least no time soon.
About my Loss:
This is a long story but here it goes.. I lived with my boyfriend Daniel Elder for nearly 5 years. We were so in love with one another. Sadly to say he and I both went down a bad road using drugs and drinking. I got out of it and I couldn't get him to stop. Eventually I broke up with Dan and moved out on my own. We broke up May 2006. If he was sober I would of never left him. I still beleive to this day..though I'am very happily married.. that we were meant to be together. But I couldn't stay with him any longer. June 20th 2008 was Dan's 28th Birthday. I hadn't spoken to him since 2006. But I have always had a soft place in my heart for him. He would tell my friends that he was still in love with me. Any ways he had a Birthday Party with a couple of guys..or well at least one guy. They got drunk. In the early morning hours on June 21st 2008 Dan was murdered! He had an autopsy done and he was strangled to death and was found dead on the kitchen floor. The man who murdered Dan got caught a few months ago for another murder. And he then confessed to the murder of Dan. I have been heart broken since. Though Dan and I no longer spoke we had mutual friends who would give us updates on one another. He told his friends who told me that he was still in love with me and he regrets losing me. But he just couldn't stop using and abusing. My heart is crushed even to this day. I have been diagnosed with PTSD. The pain will not go away. It isn't as intense as it was when it first happened. But I'm so sad and grief strickened that he is dead. And that someone murdered him.
