- About Me:
- I live with my 2 cats, Roger and Tinker and am a book addict. My grief has taken a toll on my mental health but I am slowly recovering, searching out holistic and spiritual healing methods. I love learning about anything connected with spirituality and metaphysics.
- About my Loss:
- My husband of 22 years passed over in January 2012 and then my dad passed unexpectedly the following May. I was extremely close to my dad and it was all too much for me to cope with and I had a mental breakdown. It's been the worst experience of my life but I'm finally starting to find my way again. It's also led to a lot of spiritual growth for me too.

Hi everyone. This is my first post here.I lost my brother in December 2024 to an accidental overdose. He passed away suddenly in his sleep.
