Poems

While I lay in bed, I hear poems floating in empty space.
Words that want to connect to rhymes and make a phrase.

They wonder how many times they've been written.
How many hearts have been grieving in this world of pain .

When all is quiet! They float in the cold night air,
and remember your midnight texts. I really miss those days.

My pillow wants to block them while my mind rests.
Your memory is the strong light which keeps me awake.

Wish I could capture the flowing poems and

their catchy phrase, put them in a kite for you take.
