I have reported the spam too. Maybe the people running this site are just letting it go? I used to work professionally on corporate web sites, so I am wondering if they have just lost interest or something?

I have done, repeatedly. 

The spam remains; she doesn't seem to do anything about it.  There should really be a webmaster or similar whose job it is to deal with this sort of stuff.
