A man named Jack who is also a member, he lost a sister, told me he watches grief videos on youtube and one of them said it takes talk, tears and time when you grieve............. I told him time wouldn't heal this for me, but I agreed about the talk and tears. I don't think you ever totally get over this grief. You just learn to live a "new normal". Jack also told me that in the early stages of grieving you are "raw" and it does get better with time and I do want to believe this.....
Don't be afraid to cry........... its natural to feel lost and empty, I feel that way and I live with my dad.
I'm sorry about your mom. I lost my mom who was 77, I'm 47. Its so hard when you lose your best friend.
