Profile Information

About Me:
I am a widowed man of 67 who has been self employed my entire adult life. I enjoy art and music currently ending my flying career. I live in Arizona and have all of my life though I spent a lot of time in Alberta Canada where my wife was from and her parents lived.
About my Loss:
I was married to my bride Kathy who died of an aggressive cancer in february of 2011 in a hospice home after fourteen wonderful years. From diagnosis to her death was but four months and we truly never saw that coming. I have been involved with hospice organizations ever since as I lost my father and stepmom in hospice care. My wife was fifty one years of age when she left and I was eleven years older. I have come to understand that I will never enter into another relationship but I will continue to live on enjoying all that life has to offer. I have also lost my mother and father in law soon after my wife which was difficult for me as well. I have and am learning each day how to continue on and hope to help others new to their journey.

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
