About Me:
British, age 67. I live in Dorset which is in Southern England Retired Customs Officer. Married 41 years. I have a married (living) daughter.
About my Loss:
I lost my son Andrew, aged 36, in October 2014 after a four year struggle. I thought I should be getting over it by now but it seems to be getting worse.

I have been a mental health support volunteer for a number of years. I work for a local charity visiting people who are suffering from anxiety disorders and related conditions such as phobias.

Does anyone else feel pressure to always reply because you're afraid it'll be the last conversation?

Hi everyone. This is my first post here.I lost my brother in December 2024 to an accidental overdose. He passed away suddenly in his sleep.
