Profile Information

About Me:
I am a retired nurse. I live in my home and I have one son living with me for now. There is and addition to my home and my sister is living there with her husband. I try to keep busy every day, reading out with friends. I was married for 40 years until my husband passed in 2009. I am a good friend, love to laugh, good listener. I enjoy doing floral arrangements. Most of all I love being with my boys.
About my Loss:
In 2002 my oldest son,Clayton, passed suddenly from a heart attack , he was 31. At the time he was married and living in Florida. He was one of the good guys in this world. His brothers loved him and looked to him for guidance. I loved him with my whole heart. He was amazing. It seems I miss him more as time passes . Maybe the other losses in my life contribute to that. Like I said, 2009 my husband died, 2012 my mother died, I was her caregiver. I am adjusting to loss once again.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
