- About Me:
- I am a forty-three year old woman with one son (19). I am currently unemployed and have been for quite some time. I have been forced to live with my brother and his family and, though grateful, it is disheartening at best.
- About my Loss:
- My live-in boyfriend of 11 years died 29 months ago. He had renal failure and other complications and was on life support for about 3 weeks before his mother chose to have him removed. I had no say in the matter in that we were not married and that's the law in my state. He was fine when he went to the hospital complaining of a sharp pain in his stomach/lower back and I never saw him conscious again.
