About Me:
54 yr old female who recently lost both my parents within 13 days of each other.
About my Loss:
Lost my father 12/26 and lost my other 1/8/16. The grief seems to be consuming me. It feels like I am getting worse than better. I slept 18 hours yesterday which tells me I need to do something about this.
