Profile Information

About Me:
I'm a 72 year old retiree who has led a great life and was enjoying my time now until Sept. 25,2014. Now I find I need a new group of friends to communicate with because of the death of my sweet baby.
About my Loss:
I took my border terrier from people who were not treating her as she should have been treated and brag about stealing her into a better home. We doted on, fed, bought a dozen jackets for, played with endlessly, carried her around in our arms because she didn't have to walk unless she wanted to and slept with her every night. I walked her in the middle of the night sometimes because, after all, she was a little old lady just like me. I am devestated. I see her, I hear her, I smell her. I feel her all around me. I don't know what to do the ease the pain in my heart. I know a heart can break. Mine has. My soul has gone out of my body because she made me a better person than I really am and without her there is no sunshine. I really need words to help me heal if I ever can.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
