I was told by my best friend that I'm childish for grieving over the loss of my father.
Im a private person who feels alone and now feel I should not talk or grieve over the loss of my father.
I hurt badly and feel that my feeling for my loss is not valid and feel selfish gor needing support
Im lost in my own feelings and don't want to bother anyone with the pain I feel.
