I miss my sister very much

I recently lost my sister about a month ago. She died from complications of a heart defect she was born with. She would have been 42 in three weeks. I can't sleep and I have nightmares about her death. She was not only my sister but my best friend. my heart feels like it has been torn in two and I feel like she took a part of me with her.
