I'm not sure how long ago you lost your sister or your boyfriend
but I do know how hard the first year is after losing someone you love
I lost my youngest son Jacob 1 day before his 14th birthday to AMl (leukaemia) so I do know how hard these first are ..eventually you learn to "live " without your love ones ..knowing that one day you will see them again
I light a candle for my Jake everyday I talk to him all the time I find that helps me ...

It helps if you talk about your feelings. Keeping a journal is also good. The blogging feature on this site is designed just for that. Pour out your feelings. There is also art therapy and I can put you in contact with someone that can help you with that if interested. And right now you really need some hugs. (((((hugs)))))
