i been under alot of stress and i just want to be happy and be healthy i lost my husband last oct 23 2012 and then my daughter just moved out so i just hope life gets better im sick of having aniexty and dizzyness i just want happieness in my life im sick of feeling this way

Hi everyone. This is my first post here.I lost my brother in December 2024 to an accidental overdose. He passed away suddenly in his sleep. hey dawn, I think we are live in a "world of shock" when we lose someone. From my husband 19 months ago, and 1 week ago it was my mom. From this group I hope you find confort and understanding. We are all hurt and all grieving. Hugs to you. Kathy
