About Me:
38 years old father of 3 boys
About my Loss:
I lost my sister breast cancer to bone then brain in 2007 lost my father to congestive heart failure in 2010 now lost my mother to lung cancer which was awful Nov 4 this year. I am having a difficult dealing with all my family members passing way I have one brother left. I feel alone in this world now my support gone. How do I get through this and smile again. I took care of my father and mother to the end as a caregiver pca work I think this took a toll on my mind watching them through their sicknesses. I know you loose your parents my father was 66 and my mother was 65 not that old but neverless miss them very much. I wake up panicky sweat bad dreams. I feel like its almost like ptsd that i saw them die with awful pain not sure I started on depression meds some anxiety but still feel so tired. I cannot smile right now doesnt matter what it is. This is why im joining this site to see if others struggle with parents loss and sister it sucks literally. holidays never the same life period never the same

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
