Andrea, the loss of your dad is very recent so don't put so much focus on pulling yourself together right now. My personal experience is to allow myself to grieve. Do what you need to do to get through each day. I don't think we ever get over losing someone but instead we just learn to cope with the loss and carry it with us each day, some days less painful than others. How are your daughters doing?
