About Me:
66 year old wife of 40 years to a severe alcoholic. Other interests besides having to nurse my dying husband: yoga, making and selling yoga-oriented jewelry, knitting, gourding, my grown children and almost grown grandchildren, my puppy (Kali the Hindu goddess of destruction.
About my Loss:
I'm dying inside because of the condition of my husband. He was not an alcoholic when I marries him. But today his doctor told me "some people die of cancer, your husband is killing himself with alcohol. He is not going to last much longer". And yet, he continues to drink and I buy him the poison that is killing him.
