- I;m 43, am married and have raised 4 wonderful children. I have had several losses and traumatic events as a child. I feel everyone expects me to keep smiling after each loss and be strong for everyone else. I feel so alone.

- My dad died just 3 weeks ago at 67. I have seen him go through many health woes, accidents, drug overdoses all of my life. I was with him as he died all night long. Hi everyone. This is my first post here.I lost my brother in December 2024 to an accidental overdose. He passed away suddenly in his sleep.
