- I'm 40 years old. Married with 5 children and 4 grandchildren
- About my Loss:
- I just buried my mother on June 28 of this year. Almost a month ago. This has been the hardest thing I've ever experienced. I lost my father 16 years ago and I don't remember it being this hard. I think I may need professional help. I've started to hear voices. Not sure if its her or what. I took care of her in my home for the last month of her life. She would call out to me at all times to help her move or to use the potty. I can't sleep a full night without taking nerve medicine. I want to go dig her up and hold her one more time. I thought today of cutting my wrist or taking all of my medicine to go be with her. Nothing matters to me on earth right now. I'm normally a very stable person. But this is more than I can take. Some think I should be getting back to my normal routine by now. I can't. Any advice would help.
