About Me:
I have been married to my husband Greg for 25 years. Going on a year now he lives eight hours (for work) away, because my youngest has a year of high school left. I am a mother of 4. I come from a large family 4 boys 2 girls.My sister an I are extremely close even though we live 8hrs a part. Both of my parents are deceased.
About my Loss:
My niece Tameka was murdered Jan. 6,2017 by her common-law husband. He hung hiself after killing her. Their 16 year old son witnessed the murder.
He was in jail from 10/16-12/16 because he beat Tameka and choked her unconscious. She left him after this incident. The judge let him out of jail 12/30 because " he (judge) didn't believe he would harm her" even though she told the judge she was scared for her life. Tameka was at home packing to move into her moms house (my sister) because she was scared for her safety. He went to their home they started arguing and he repeatedly stabbed her. All while their 16 year old son was in the house. After stabbing her he took her car and left went to his family property and hung hiself. My sister called that evening hysterical, I dropped to floor and started crying. That evening my son drove me to be with my husband (he was at the crime scene with my sister) and sister.

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
