About Me:
I’m 55 years old. Happily married for 33 years. One adult son. My youngest sister was a meth addict using it in all ways. I helped her through her recovery and a divorce.
About my Loss:
My best friend of 40 years lost her husband in January very suddenly - heart attack. My best friend, Lee Ann, died in September unexpectedly. No signs of self harm so an autopsy was done. She died of a meth overdose.

Does anyone else feel pressure to always reply because you're afraid it'll be the last conversation?

Hi everyone. This is my first post here.I lost my brother in December 2024 to an accidental overdose. He passed away suddenly in his sleep.
