About Me:
I am 67, married for 39 years, have 6 children ranging in age fro 50 to 34. (The oldest 3 are my step children). We recently sold our large country home. Prior to finding a new home we moved in with our 37 year old daughter and her family as a temporary move. This daughter had metastatic breast cancer, but although it had spread, she was very optimistic about her decided course of action. She had already had a double mastectomy, but opted for no chemo or radiation. She preferred to seek non-medical options. We moved in in September 2017 and frankly I was glad to be there to help with our 3 grandchildren ages 10, 8 and 3.
About my Loss:
Our daughter died on December 22, 2017. She was an amazing mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She had an amazing support system around her. I miss her every day and am doing whatever I can to help her children and husband.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
