Profile Information

About Me:
I am 52 years old, love life and try to stay positive about everything. I believe that laughter is the best medicine. I live in the Central Valley of California (but that's going to change). (will complete at a later time when I'm not headed to work)
About my Loss:
On January 8, 2014 I lost my husband. We had a love and passion for each other that no one could touch. Strangers would come up to us and tell us how in love we looked. He owned 2 Harleys and we went riding all the time. Though we were going through a tough time, things were getting back on track. We had been living apart, although I was at his house more than mine! Rick had a massive heart attack while driving and went to live with his Lord and Savior. I miss him sooooo much. I don't have anyone to laugh with anymore. Today is four months and it feels like it was yesterday.... I just want to feel his touch so much!

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
