- My mom and best friend passed away March 13th, 2015.She had been fighting ovarian cancer for 4+ years. We all thought she was getting better, but she quickly wasted away over the last few months.I had an amazing relationship with my mom,she understood me and was my person. I have a 2-in-1 loss, mom and off.
