Hi I AM A MOTHER OF 3 AND IN JAN 2012 I LOST MY MUM AND IN APRIL I LOST MY DAD.
About my Loss:
I HAVE LOST BOTH OF MY PARENTS NOW MY MUM IN JAN 2012 AND MY DAD IN APRIL 2014. I WAS STARTING TO COME TO TERMS WITH MY MUMS PASSING AND NOW MY DAD HAS PASSED AWAY NOW TO IT HAS OPENED UP ALL THEM FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS AGAIN AND I AM STRUGGLING IN MY HEAD THAT BOTH OF MY PARENTS ARE GONE PHYSICALLY I CAN KEEP GOING AND SPIRITUALLY BUT EMOTIONALLY I AM REALLY BAD WHEN MY MUM WAS ALIVE I WAS ON A HIGH AND I PROMISED MY MUM I WOULD STAY THERE BUT NOW MY DAD HAS PASSED AWAY NOW I AM AT THE LOW POINT EMOTIONALLY AND I PROMISED MY MUM I WOULD STAY ON THE MIDDLE AND I HAVE NOT. PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN.

Grandma sewing room
