About Me:
Im Sonya Thomas. I'm 25 years old. I'm from Pontiac Michigan. I jut had a little boy 6 weeks ago. I'm a Nursing student at Baker College. I like to hang with my family, go to church and laugh.
About my Loss:
January 6, 2013 I lost my sister, bestfriend and role model to a rare disease peripartum cardiomyopathy. It was devastating because we didnt even know she was sick. We were both pregnant together. I had my baby two days prior and she was due to follow me the next month or so. She was pregnant with twins. The morning of her death I had just gotten off the phone with her. She appeared to be fine. We laughed and talk. Not even 15 minuets later I received a phone call from her boyfriend sreaming that she was unconcious. Long story short her and the two babies were pernouced dead at the hopital.

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
