About Me:
54 female caucasian 3 daughters 2 stepsons 10 grandkids..was brought up Baptist but am now attending Methodist because that was my husbands choice and we went together until his unexpected sudden death from cancer that we didnt know he had.
About my Loss:
my husband of 21 years. He was wonderful. He was 14 years older than me but He was so full of life and energy I had trouble keeping up with him. He had a pacemaker and difibulator and he had flatlined in the hospital 2 years before he actually did die. the hospital er brought him back the first time. He was always at Dr appointments during those 2 years and once his kidneys failed and they didnt think he would pull through but he did. We worked hard aqt keeping him healthy. then he started having back pain and trouble standing. I got him to The hospital where they discovered cancer had eaten through his spine. They then found he had it in at least 3 other locations including panreas and liver and gall bladder. I finally asked them to quit looking for more as they had already told us it had progressed way too far to be treatable. He was partly paralyzed because of his spine. they gave him 3 weeks to live..he lived 1.

She died from lung disease. Ironic.I was fine at the funeral. Planning. Talking to everyone. I thought u handled it great. Now 4 months later, I’m a mess. Some days I’m perfectly fine, but others I can’t walk down the street without crying. I keep thinking that I haven’t talked to her in a while & I…See More
