About my Loss:
I lost my father first, April of 2012, he was 68 and the next year April 2013 my mom who was 70. 4 months after my mom passed my dog who I had since a pup died of cancer 4 days after she turned 8. The circumstances of my mothers last 2 years of life have left me in a post traumatic state that I can't seem to get past and so here I am.

I was a home health provider for them both if that is what you mean by service provider???
