About Me:
I am just a regular who wants to live a good life, I happen to be helping people who are struggling with anxiety, loneliness so they can create success in their health and relationships.
About my Loss:
my first loss was when i was in grade 3-4 when i lost a friend in school, I have lost 2 friends to sue-side. my grandfather is close to the end of the line with cancer.

I love to be able to help others who need immediate peace of mind by - I do coaching to very few people who i feel are the most fit, but im not here for that but to help any one in any way i can in my limited time

My mom died 4 months ago

My mom had pulmonary fibrosis. She was sick for a few years. It was funny how when my grandmother smoked, my mom would always say-I’m gonna die from second hand smoke. My mom never smoked.
