Profile Information

About Me:
I took care of my parents from the age of 14 until they passed away. I sacrificed having a childhood and normal things people do growing up like completing my education, hanging out with the guys or dating to put my parents first and care for them. I even helped pull us all out of homelessness and start a new life in a different state. I had to work twice as hard to achieve skills and education later in life - if I were to do things all over, I would do it again. Not that I would want to - life was tough.
About my Loss:
My father was in and out of the hospital for 16 years because he had COPD and Emphysema due to smoking and working with chemicals. He died in April of 2000. Three months later my mother died of a massage coronary during her sleep.

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
