My mom died 4 months ago
My mom had pulmonary fibrosis. She was sick for a few years. It was funny how when my grandmother smoked, my mom would always say-I’m gonna die from second hand smoke. My mom never smoked. My sisters and I also became estranged during my father's death ...only recently, after the death of my son, has there been any real attempt at communication between myself and my sisters. After my son died I reached out to my sister, remembering that she too had lost a child suddenly ...so a tiny blessing perhaps has come from my tragedy.
