About Me:
Dating a man whose mother passed away 4 years ago. His father has not touched one thing and their house is like a shrine to her. Even her shoes hang in the closet. I am concerned he expresses lonliness and depression and I feel 4 years is a long time to still have her bedroom be untouched and all her clothes/makeup/hair supplies, etc. are all still htere.
About my Loss:
My friend's mother. Does anyone have any suggestions to make on how to approach this man about removing these items and generally will he feel better once these things are gone so they aren't a constant reminder to him of her passing? If it has been 4 years, is this an unhealthy sign of not dealing with the grief?
