- I am 56 years old and have been a widow for 4 years. I am a strong person, but lately I haven't felt very strong. I was married for almost 30 years when my husband passed away. My life was turned upside down and I feel so lost. It's been 4 years, but recently it has been harder and harder to cope with it. I am so alone and have no one to talk to....
- About my Loss:
- My husband passed away in 2010. He decided to stop taking his diabetic medication and it killed him. It's like he committed suicide medically.
