My mom died 4 months ago
My mom had pulmonary fibrosis. She was sick for a few years. It was funny how when my grandmother smoked, my mom would always say-I’m gonna die from second hand smoke. My mom never smoked. Well, it helps to talk about it with others. How old is she? Creating a scrapbook of memories helps. She can get online here and post pictures and write in the journal under the blog/journal tab. We have a member that specializes in art therapy. It's best not to keep it bottled up, she should talk to others that have lost their moms.
