Well, it helps to talk about it with others. How old is she? Creating a scrapbook of memories helps. She can get online here and post pictures and write in the journal under the blog/journal tab. We have a member that specializes in art therapy. It's best not to keep it bottled up, she should talk to others that have lost their moms.
