- We found out 3 months ago my grandmother got cancer, yesterday we found out she got less than 2 weeks to live I don’t know if I can be strong enough to help my mom and dad through this. I need to be strong for my two little girls and need to speak to someone who dealt with something like this before.

I am so sorry to hear about your grandma.I was told after my grandma died ( due to her death was all of a sudden) that if you loved them all your life that is it time for you to love them to death.Grab every moment you can with her. have the girls spend time with her get picture so that somewhere down the road they will have them to cherish. I have pictures and a recording of my grandma singing a song she taught me as a little girl that when i miss her the most and wanna hear her voice i listen to her singing to me.i wont say i dont cry when i hear it but somewhere deep in my soul it helps if even for a little while.I am in counseling to help me get through this and maybe you can find someone where you are that can help you help the kids.Look Hold on to your memories , In the end it's all you will have
