About my Loss:
I lost my wife recently, or not so recently lol, but it feels very recent and i'm still not out and about rebuilding...in some ways this rebuilding stage feels harder...the on the couch numb crying stage was ok ish because I wasn't expected to be doing anything, but now moving on without her feels like my heart is breaking all over again. Today at the fruitshop I cried buying a bunch of parsley lol because it was a huge cheap bunch and I knew she would have appreciated it lol we used to cook a lot together
