About my Loss:
I lost my Mom 3 weeks ago and it was a very traumatic event. She lived with my husband and me for the past 7 years due to her failing health (ESRD, COPD & CHF). I was home when she went into respiratory failure and then suffered a heart attack. It was awful to see and it looked as if she was terrified, understandably. She was gasping for breath even though her oxygen was on. She began not making any sense as her brain was being deprived of oxygen and then she collapsed. It was absolutely awful and I cannot get these images out of my head. I am devastated.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
