My mom died 4 months ago
My mom had pulmonary fibrosis. She was sick for a few years. It was funny how when my grandmother smoked, my mom would always say-I’m gonna die from second hand smoke. My mom never smoked. Rebecca, I'm so sorry you lost your mom. I know what it feels like to be an only child who has lost their mama. I lost mine almost six years ago. The pain your experiencing is horrible and it definitely causes physical pain and other symptoms. These usually get a bit better as time passes, but please don't hesitate to talk to a doctor if you feel you need something to help you cope with the sleeplessness and other symptoms.
