Hi everyone. This is my first post here.I lost my brother in December 2024 to an accidental overdose. He passed away suddenly in his sleep. Rebecca, I'm so sorry you lost your mom. I know what it feels like to be an only child who has lost their mama. I lost mine almost six years ago. The pain your experiencing is horrible and it definitely causes physical pain and other symptoms. These usually get a bit better as time passes, but please don't hesitate to talk to a doctor if you feel you need something to help you cope with the sleeplessness and other symptoms.
