- I received a phone call Oct. 4 2013 @ 4:16 PM from my Daughter in CA, my Son Was found passed away in his homeless tent in. For now Prelim COD is Respiratory Failure, it will be 4-5 months until the Autopsy Report returns to know Precise COD. He was my Baby of 3.
